Sustaining the Organizational Mission
Will Bequest
A will bequest is the donor’s direction in written form as to whom and in what manner property is to be distributed upon death.
Trust Bequest
A basic trust is a written arrangement where the donor gives control of assets to a trustee with instructions to manage the assets held in the trust.

Steven L. Schwartz, a community and organizational strategist, is the Founder and Leader of Philanthropic Visions. Most recently, Steven was responsible for establishing and directing Florida International University’s first Estate and Planned Giving Program. During his six year tenure as the Executive Director of Florida International University's Estate and Planned Giving division, he raised over $50 Million in Donor Philanthropic Investments. Steven’s background also includes 40+ years as a practicing Attorney and Mediator and as a University Professor focusing instructions on Law and Business.
MISSION
We educate and advise nonprofits on strategies to empower them in becoming self-sustaining, mission-driven organizations. We accomplish this by assessment, design, and implementation of integrated fundraising strategies as well as board development and donor cultivation and solicitation.
