Fulfilling any nonprofit’s mission requires the plan, personnel, and intention to meet immediate budgetary needs. To sustain that mission for the future requires an integrated mix of organizational strategies. Our methodology focuses on strengthening existing infrastructure and organizational culture, training the fundraising team, developing an activist board of officers and directors and developing an effective fundraising program.

We identify and apply proven fundraising techniques as part of an integrated annual, major gift, endowment and planned giving fundraising strategy appropriate for the organization's stage of maturity. The ultimate objective is to establish a sound foundation for sustainability in mission and growth.
